1. Overview
Mandi is a wholesale catalogue operated by Pomofoods. By using this site, whether as a buyer, seller, or admin, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Confirmation
Submitting a request through Mandi is not a binding sale. Orders are confirmed only after the seller (or Pomofoods on the seller's behalf) acknowledges and accepts the request. Pricing, availability, and unit quantities shown at the time of request are subject to change until confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in writing, payment for confirmed orders is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur fees or affect future order eligibility.
4. Pricing & Fees
Listed prices are in USD and may include a platform fee, which can be borne by either the seller or the buyer at the seller's discretion. The fee shown at checkout reflects the rate applied to that order.
5. Cancellations & Returns
Cancellation and return policies are arranged directly between the buyer and the seller (or Pomofoods on their behalf). Perishable goods are generally non-returnable once dispatched.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pomofoods acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for losses arising from product quality, delivery delays, or actions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Mandi after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
